Newton Apartment Kuningan

The owner, who recently bought an apartment, decided to rent it out to expatriates who will work in Jakarta, for that a minimalistic, compact, yet elegant design is the concept for this apartment.

The challenges in this project most located in the dining, kitchen and living areas, where there isn’t much space to explore but the owner's request requires dining chairs for 4 people, a rectangular dining table is the most usable rather circular shape in this area.
